1. Platform Description
Xperify is an online community where users share and explore real-life experiences through various formats such as text, videos, images, and documents. The platform connects Seekers—those looking for insights—with Experiencers—those sharing personal stories and knowledge. Users may act as both.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Xperify. By using our platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3. User Accounts
To access certain features of the platform, users must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You may not sell or transfer your profile to another person.

4. User Contributions
Users may submit and upload content, including but not limited to text, images, audio, video, and documents. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, and display such content in connection with the operation of the platform.
You agree not to post content without proper attribution or without referencing the original source where applicable.

Users may submit reviews or feedback on the content shared by others. All reviews must be honest and based on your actual experience. We reserve the right to remove any review deemed misleading, offensive, or inappropriate.

Xperify may contain links to third-party websites and display advertisements. We do not own or control these websites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or accuracy. Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk.

8. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the issue through informal negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration, in accordance with applicable Canadian arbitration laws.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Xperify’s total liability for any claims arising under these Terms is limited to the lesser of:
(a) the amount paid by you in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim; or
(b) $100 CAD.

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted according to the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
