At Xperify, we respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. This Copyright Policy outlines how we handle copyright-protected content and what to do if you believe your rights have been violated.

1. User-Generated Content
Users of Xperify may upload and share content, including text, images, videos, and documents. By posting content, users confirm that:

• They are the original creator and copyright holder, or

• They have obtained the necessary rights and permissions to share the content.

By submitting content to Xperify, users grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and promote the content on our platform, strictly to operate and promote the service.

2. Copyright Infringement
We do not allow content that infringes on intellectual property rights, including copyrighted material used without proper authorization.
If you believe that content on Xperify violates your copyright, please send a written notice including the following:

• Your full name and contact information

• A description of the copyrighted work

• The URL or location of the allegedly infringing content

• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized

• A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf

• Your signature (electronic or physical)

3. Repeat Infringers
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the accounts of users who are found to repeatedly infringe on the copyrights of others.

4. Content Removal and Counter Notices
If we remove content in response to a valid copyright complaint, we will notify the user who posted it. That user may have the opportunity to submit a counter notice if they believe the takedown was in error.
If a counter notice is received, we may reinstate the content unless the original complainant files legal action within a specific time frame, in accordance with applicable law.
